Diagnostic services are provided at Timpanogos Regional Hospital to help your physician determine what symptoms may be related to cancer or other issues. These services are provided with skill and precision in an environment of care and concern.
Our diagnostic services include but are not limited to:
- 3D mammography
- Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
- Computerized tomography (CT) scan, also known as CAT scan
- Biopsy
- Pathology
At Timpanogos Regional Hospital, we work with a team of board-certified medical oncologists, radiation oncologists and surgeons to provide compassionate, comprehensive cancer care throughout your journey. We perform surgical procedures for the following types of cancer:
- Brain cancer
- Breast cancer
- Gynecologic cancer
- Head and neck cancer
- Lung cancer
- Pancreatic cancer
- Prostate cancer
- Sarcoma (bone cancer)
Both medical oncology and radiation oncology are available onsite or by referral for our patients. Additionally, we provide the following oncology support services:

Nurse navigators help you navigate your healthcare journey from discovery to recovery. Timpanogos Regional and Mountain View Hospital cancer patients have this "nurse navigation" resource available to them to receive compassionate care and support as they go through the many stages of living with cancer. They are very empathetic to patients walking the challenging physical and emotional journey this diagnosis causes.
You can rely on your nurse navigator to:

- Understand available resources
