Like many women, Nedra did not exhibit what would be considered “traditional” symptoms of a heart attack.

“I was feeling sluggish so I went to the doctor and the next thing I knew I was up here exercising,” she said.

Ultimately, she ended up having stents placed and her doctor recommended cardiac rehab to help her continue to improve.  After 3 weeks so far of rehab, she says she is feeling less sluggish and “pretty good really”.

“I like to come. These ladies are nice and it’s just kind of fun to come and better than staying home. Then you can visit with people. I feel comfortable and I think they are good ladies,” she said.
