Nicholas J. Paulk, MD

Dr. Nicholas Paulk is a native of Salt Lake City, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Utah. He attended medical school at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in Portland, Oregon, and completed his general surgery residency at Exempla St. Joseph's in Denver, Colorado. In 2011, he returned to Salt Lake City to practice General Surgery with an emphasis on advanced laparoscopy and robotic techniques. In 2016 he joined Rocky Mountain Associated Physicians
