About Angela M Krull, MD
Biography
Dr. Krull graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine in 2002, completed an internship in General Surgery at the University of Hawaii in 2003 and finished her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Virginia in 2006. She completed a fellowship in Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine in 2007 and has been practicing at the SMART clinic since then. She is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
