More about our historical roots
Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Utah County
The history of our hospital is one of continuous change and challenge. As Utah County grows, those challenges will only continue. As it has from the beginning, Timpanogos Regional Hospital will be here to meet the healthcare needs of the people of Utah County.
We have gone from a 45–bed hospital with limited services to a 122-bed hospital that continues to expand services while maintaining a very high level of quality and patient satisfaction. Over the last several years, we have added quality programs like our Cardiovascular services, Stroke designation, full–service Emergency Department with board–certified physicians, and much more. We are able to care for the smallest patient as well with our 29–bed, state-of-the-art Level III NICU.
We are proud of our cardiovascular services. We offer a full range of heart health services that includes: open heart surgery, cardiac cath labs, and cardiac rehabilitation. Timpanogos Regional Hospital consistently ranks in the top quartile nationwide in average Door–to–Balloon time – the time a heart attack patient enters the door to receiving care to stabilization is quicker than national average.
