A fairly new tool is available in the arsenal of weight loss surgeries, and one Utah doctor is saying the "microinvasive" technology is something to consider. The Orbera Intragastric Balloon can be inserted in the stomach and inflated with saline to cause a person to feel full and not eat as much. The six-month placement yields a 22-pound sustainable weight loss on average.
