For only $20 a year, anyone over 21 years of age can join our Health & Wellness Club to receive information about a healthy lifestyle!
Ogden Regional’s Health & Wellness Club provides members with:
- FREE yearly Blood Labs,
- FREE Flu Shots,
- Physician Lectures,
- Health Fairs,
- Events & Classes.

Blood lab appointments
Health & Wellness Members will receive a green card in the mail that will allow them to receive one FREE blood lab per membership year. Appointments are available at a day and time of the member’s choosing.
Healthy conversations & classes
Throughout the year, the Health & Wellness Club offers physician lectures that cover a variety of health and wellness topics. These events are FREE to attend, but require registration.
Day trips & tickets
Health & Wellness members can sign-up for Day Trips or discounted event tickets.
